About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Executive Chef 1 for our healthcare segment in Scotts Hill, NC. This is an 80-bed acute care facility with room service, patient dining and EAT's cafeteria platform, CaterTrax and physicians dining. This Executive Chef role will support a team of 45 employees and will be a trusted advisor that’s central to the client partnership. What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day operations of all food operations deliver high quality food service effectively lead the team through hospital front line staff ensure delivery of high quality food services including cafeteria retail, patient meals, and any catering needs that may arise achieve company and client financial targets and goals to ensure HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standards compliance achieve company and client financial targets and goals develop and maintain client and customer relationships What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively. Can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements

Have healthcare leadership experience in an acute care setting.
Has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
