As One of Our Happy Center Leaders You Will lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees by creating an environment of trust and rapport and easily relate to diverse groups of people. You will maintain the physical center environment and ensure compliance with local and state licensing regulations. You will also ensure the center is fully staffed with high performing teachers by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees. Additionally, you will guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum and deliver consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and business operations.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of center leadership/management experience highly preferred.
  • At least one year of center leadership/management experience required.
  • State specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other state specific guidelines for the role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
  • Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in early childhood education management.
  • Familiarity with community engagement and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure center is fully staffed with high performing teachers by sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with employees.
  • Guide teachers in implementing proprietary curriculum and using engaging characters to drive learning.
  • Deliver consistent business results, measured through family retention, enrollment growth, and business operations.
  • Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual center tours and organize community marketing events.
