This role is responsible for menu development, food quality, safety, sanitation, and culinary staff leadership while ensuring compliance with corporate, client, and regulatory standards. The position is primarily Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility for events, evenings, and weekends as needed. This role is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial culinary leader with strong catering and event experience.
