About The Position

The Executive Casino Host is responsible for developing and coordinating programs to attract high-limit players and host such guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits. This position requires frequent interaction with high-limit customers and involves making decisions regarding extensions of large sums of money and complimentary services and/or goods.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of all casino gaming, as well as regular high-limit customers and their betting habits, in order to make knowledgeable decisions regarding credit extensions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in order to understand and meet the needs of preferred customers.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data to make decisions regarding credit limits.
  • Ability to network and establish relationships with individual prospective customers and groups that display and demonstrate potential gaming value.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
  • Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Liberal Arts.
  • Minimum of two years progressive casino customer contact experience, with at least one year in a casino service role administering a player-tracking system.
  • High school education or equivalent, and three years progressive casino services in a development role administering a player-tracking system.

Responsibilities

  • Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to have Belterra Casino Resort & Spa as their casino of choice; responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to employees in order to provide superior customer service.
  • Provides, develops and focuses on the acquisition of high-end players within the local and external market, cultivates and develops groups with potential gaming profiles, assuring continued growth of the customer database market.
  • Works with various customer contact departments to develop and implement strategies and programs to cultivate the market for new and existing high-limit casino guests.
  • Monitors existing high-limit guest programs and develops knowledge of customer betting habits, credit situations and levels of participation in order to manage programs to ensure maximum profit margins, adequate play levels and appropriate cost control; awards customer complimentary services and/or goods based on gaming action and program guidelines.
  • Coordinates guestrooms, meals and show reservations, and assists guests with questions and special requests to ensure coordination of guests' needs to provide their maximum convenience and comfort.
