About The Position

The position involves identifying and developing relationships with premium slot and table players, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include data entry of player information, increasing market share and profitability, and planning special events. The role requires hosting guests, tracking their visits, and providing complimentary services while maintaining a courteous and hospitable attitude. The candidate will also need to stay informed about competitive promotional methods and coordinate multiple VIP hosted events per quarter.

Requirements

  • Three to five years' experience in casino/hotel, customer service, host, or other account management experience preferred.
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize customer service experience and program profitability.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have a systematic and process-oriented mindset to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Excellent networking abilities.
  • Must present a well-groomed professional appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies new and current premium slot and table players, focusing on developing relationships.
  • Responsible for complete data entry of player information, contacts, letters, and phone calls into the players tracking system.
  • Increases market share and company profitability in accordance with all gaming regulations.
  • Develops and promotes special events with target areas as directed.
  • Makes reservations for hosted guests as appropriate.
  • Represents management at special events and promotions.
  • Greets and hosts guests, maintaining high levels of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality.
  • Tracks guests' visits, arranges transportation and accommodations, and provides complimentary services according to established guidelines.
  • Keeps informed of competitive promotional methods.
  • Plans and coordinates multiple VIP hosted events per quarter.
