About The Position
The primary responsibility of the Executive Casino Host is to acquire, develop, reactivate, and maintain strong personal relationships with our highest worth guests in order to generate increased revenues for the casino. The Executive Casino Host is required to carefully evaluate the potential worth of guests, the reinvestments made in the guests and produce the highest return on investment possible through those reinvestments. They also manage the assets of the company to ensure increased trips, extended stays, and greater share of gaming wallet by the highest worth guests. The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by this position.
