About The Position

The Executive Casino Host at Horseshoe Bossier is responsible for managing strategic relationships with VIP players, focusing on account development, relationship building, and service delivery. The role aims to foster long-term, growth-oriented relationships through a combination of in-person and phone sales activities, ultimately driving casino revenue and enhancing customer loyalty.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; BSBA preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in casino/hotel, customer service, or account management required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to make independent decisions to enhance customer service and profitability.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a systematic mindset for seamless customer experiences.
• Excellent networking abilities and community involvement.

Nice To Haves

• Luxury service experience preferred.
• Experience with customer Point-of-Service systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and endorse business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment.
• Generate casino revenue through the development of VIP accounts and maximize existing revenue streams.
• Build loyalty among VIP customers through effective relationship management and upscale sales techniques.
• Maintain relationships with VIP guests through personal contact and ensure their needs are met.
• Participate in special events and social functions to engage with VIP guests.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and events for VIP guests.
• Handle difficult guests and situations professionally and calmly.
• Comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and company policies with integrity.
• Support and cultivate new ideas to improve business solutions and efficiencies.
