We partner closely with executives across the organization to define leadership needs, shape org design, and deliver high-judgment search strategies that bring in world-class talent. About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Sourcer who combines exceptional research capability, strategic insight, and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for deeply understanding leadership roles, surfacing world-class talent, and shaping the earliest stages of executive searches. You’ll partner closely with Executive Recruiters and senior leaders to drive clarity, drive alignment on ideal profiles, and build diverse, high-quality pipelines for some of OpenAI’s most business-critical searches. As an Executive Sourcer, you will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel strategy, proactive outreach, market mapping, and talent intelligence for our highest-impact non-technical leadership hires.
