The Customer Experience Architecture (CXA) organization, an organization within CE&S, is dedicated to the continuous innovation of technology and process architecture to enhance the customer experience. In this role, you will report directly to the VP for CXA, supporting the CE&S Technology Office (CTO). You will work in close partnership with the Chief of Staff, the business admin community, the CXA leadership team, and other key stakeholders across CE&S and Microsoft. We are seeking candidates who have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work independently and professionally at the Microsoft executive level. The ability to work successfully under pressure within short time constraints in a fast-paced team environment, build and maintain effective working relationships, accommodate diverse working styles in addition to attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality are essential to success in this role.
