We're seeking a talented Executive & Board Administrator to join our team and help us tell the story of our incredible destination. The Executive & Board Administrator partners closely with the President & CEO and executive leadership team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Executive Office. This role provides comprehensive administrative support across the executive team, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and high-level administrative activities requiring exceptional discretion and confidentiality. In addition, this role serves as the primary administrator for the organization’s Board and Committees, owning all coordination, communications, and documentation, and ensuring full compliance with applicable policies and Brown Act requirements. This position also oversees day-to-day office operations—such as supply management and general administrative processes—and contributes to employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a seamless, professional, and well-functioning executive environment.
