In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and maintaining complex and changing calendars while navigating scheduling roadblocks. You will draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence, including emails, presentations, and reports, ensuring outgoing correspondence is accurate and conforms to executive procedures. Additionally, you will assist leadership by optimizing their time, making decisions regarding short-term priorities, and arranging travel in accordance with company procedures. This includes supporting the organization in obtaining necessary travel documents and maintaining leadership expenses and credit card reconciliation. You will also identify issues within the organization and facilitate solutions, assist internal departments with the setup of new hires, and help new hires with processes such as expense reporting and travel systems.
