About The Position

The Executive Assistant is a member of the Office of the Provost staff, and provides administrative support to the Provost, Associate Provost(s), and Vice Provost(s). The Executive Assistant reports to the Director of Academic Affairs and is responsible for a broad variety of administrative duties including managing the Provost's active calendar; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
