Requirements

  • Flexibility to handle varied tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Background in human resources, with knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in the property management or real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming communications, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate company events.
  • Streamline daily workflows by identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Run occasional personal errands and coordinate personal appointments for the executive.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing documents and organizing orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee development activities.
  • Support benefits administration and resolve employee inquiries.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives that align with our culture.
