About The Position

The Edge Sports Global Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to three senior leaders within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment. This individual must be local to Wellesley MA.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams, and calendar management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, and handling reschedules or conflicts.
• Assist in preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and tracking action items for virtual and in-person meetings.
• Arrange complex travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and ground transportation.
• Serve as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in a secure and accessible manner.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or logistical challenges before they arise.
• Coordinate occasional in-person meetings and events, including booking venues and catering if needed.
• Support day-to-day administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency.
