The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to multiple leaders of the eCommerce team. Administrative and support services are crucial in the day-to-day business of Walmart. You'll play a key role in facilitating meetings, travel, communications, managing schedules, overall organization and productivity. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly, energetic work style, exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively prioritize, and take initiative with projects.

  • Manage daily calendars, demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
  • Support staff meetings, teleconferences, team off-sites and other events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international (flights, hotel, train and car service, etc.) according to our travel policies.
  • Facilitate timely expense reporting processes and vendor invoicing.
  • Manage expense tracking spreadsheets and bring awareness to spending within budget.
  • Solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Protect the confidentiality of information received as part of job responsibilities.
  • Ability to utilize technology to improve performance and productivity.
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint and MS Teams skills, and meeting facilitation skills within MS Teams.
  • Experience creating SharePoint sites and managing shared folder access.
  • Experience supporting Senior Executives and large teams within Walmart.
  • Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office programs, ServiceNow, Concur, Travel Systems and Excel data management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR 2 years' experience in field, administration, operations, or related area.
