About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and systems-oriented Executive Assistant to support three senior executives - the CFO, CPO, and CBO - in a dynamic, product-led organization. This role goes beyond traditional calendar management. It is a high-trust, high-impact position that combines executive support with operational ownership. Over time, the role will expand to include full ownership of our travel and expenses platform (Navan), coordination of leadership events, support for marketing and presentation materials, and ad hoc operational initiatives. This is a 20-hour-per-week role designed for someone who thrives in structured complexity, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings clarity to fast-moving environments, with the opportunity to increase hours as determined by scope and the candidate. This role directly increases the effectiveness of three core leaders shaping company strategy across finance, product, and growth. It is an opportunity to sit at the center of decision-making and enable meaningful business outcomes. You bring others on the journey with you: You are a master of written communication. Whether preparing board decks, formatting executive presentations, coordinating leadership communications, or documenting processes, your work is clear, polished, and professional. Your judgement and empathy—for both executives and cross-functional partners—mean that people trust you. You operate with high discretion, professionalism, and strong ownership. You can lead many to deliver a lot. This doesn’t mean managing people. Instead, this is about you coordinating across Finance, Product, and Commercial teams, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives progress smoothly and delivering results. Your solutions stand the test of time: You deliver solutions that are robust at every step of the executive operations lifecycle—from scheduling and travel coordination to expense management, leadership meetings, and operational workflows. You remain committed to pragmatic, elegant simplicity—and not reinventing the wheel. Your solutions are demonstrably the best: You reason from first principles about how executives and teams operate most effectively. You identify what needs structure, what needs prioritization, and what needs improvement. You use data, systems, and attention to detail to isolate inefficiencies, improve workflows, and ensure the operational support you provide has measurable impact.
