THE ROLE Our team is looking for a positive, high-energy, and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Executive Team. The EA will be the primary administrative resource for our CTO, COO, CMO, CPO, and Chief Merchant, acting as a liaison and ensuring smooth communication between our senior leaders and both internal and external stakeholders. We're looking for someone passionate about our mission and excited to be a part of our rapidly growing company.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for members of our C-suite including: managing calendars; collaborating effectively with others to coordinate multiple, cross-company scheduling needs; monitoring and responding to emails and Slacks; organizing travel and agendas
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming requests and concerns addressed to the C-suite team where appropriate, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Serves as a strategic partner to our C-suite, having a pulse on the business, and always coming up with proactive and creative solutions that are best for the entire business
  • Assists the C-suite in creating presentations and coordinating off-site events, leadership meetings, and company-wide meetings
