In this role, you'll provide essential support to senior leadership, transforming complex administrative challenges into seamless organizational excellence while playing a pivotal role in enabling our team's strategic initiatives. Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and precision management. You'll navigate multiple priorities with grace, supporting two directors in our high-impact Supply Chain and Analytics team. From orchestrating intricate calendars to planning sophisticated events and managing international travel logistics, you'll be the organizational maestro who keeps our team running smoothly. We are a passionate group of logistics innovators who are redefining air transportation through advanced analytics and operational excellence. Our team drives Amazon Air's North American operations, managing a fleet of over 100 aircraft and creating data-driven solutions that ensure lightning-fast, reliable deliveries for our customers.

Requirements

5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with executive level calendar management, or experience managing multiple calendars
Experience in senior level leadership support
