About The Position

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to C-level executives within the company. The ideal candidate is mature, highly organized, an expert multi-tasker with a strong work ethic. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a culture of high standards, attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability to change. On a regular basis, performs duties which require the exercise of sophistication, intuition, excellent communication, and discretion. Maintains executives’ daily appointment calendar, may manage executives e-mail inbox, makes travel and lodging arrangements as required, manages special projects, and handles credit card reconciliation. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and operating in a team atmosphere where everyone takes action to help each other by rolling up their sleeves to do what’s necessary for the success of the team. The candidate must have exceptional intuition and the ability to disseminate information and raise items to the executives in real time. They must be accountable, have clear, concise, and effective communication, ensuring everyone is kept in the loop. Professionalism, sophistication, and poise are essential as the assistants serve as an extension of the Executive Leadership. Confidentiality and discretion are of paramount importance. This position is 100% in-person with no remote work available.

Requirements

  • Position requires Associate Degree plus 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience or High School Degree plus 5-7 years’ related administrative experience.
  • Must possess strong verbal communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of office procedures, effective time-management, the ability to take minutes of meetings and compose business correspondence.

  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), calculator, and other automated office equipment.

  • A high level of communicative and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle discreetly sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, sound judgment, diplomacy, humility, and aplomb.
