We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Accident Reconstruction team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join our team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional Executive Assistant. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of administrative tasks but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. The Denver office has a team of approximately 40 professionals, the office provides consulting and expert witness services mostly to law firms and insurance claims professionals, determining the causes and dynamics of vehicle accidents. Our work product is typically a written report which expresses an opinion as to collision dynamics – whether it be contributions from product design, driver distraction/inattention, or environmental factors, just to name a few types of cases. We are seeking an energetic Executive Assistant to work in our Greenwood Village, CO office. J.S. Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields; preferably supporting senior management in large organizations
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office required. Must be Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficient and have the ability to embrace new technology.
  • Demonstrate job stability.

Nice To Haves

  • Paralegal Experience Preferred
  • Legal background a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in editing, detail quality review and finalizing reports and exhibits to provide to clients
  • Process inquiries into the firm’s services and individual team members request for services
  • Process conflict check inquiries, assist in billing, generating invoices, process new case information and interaction with firm systems D365 and BOX
  • New case set up, processing case documents provided by clients, organization of documents in folders, correspondence directly with clients
  • Able to multi-task, field client inquiries, assist in preparation of reports, work with others in the office
  • Handles requests and performs administrative support to small teams and/or leadership as needed for special projects
  • Back up reception/answering calls, taking messages and transferring phone calls.
  • Assist with any other tasks assigned by the executives
