Here are the main responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between the C-Suite, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion. Oversee expense reporting, reconciliations, and special projects. Support office operations, vendor relationships, and executive events.
