Amazon Prime Air Drone Delivery Program is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Prime Air team in Seattle, Washington. How do you get items to customers quickly, cost-effectively, and—most importantly—safely, in less than an hour? And how do you do it in a way that can scale? Our teams of hundreds of scientists, engineers, aerospace professionals, and futurists have been working hard to do just that! We are delivering to customers, and are excited for what’s to come. Check out more information about Prime Air on the About Amazon blog (https://www.aboutamazon.com/news/transportation/amazon-prime-air-delivery-drone-reveal-photos). If you are seeking an iterative environment where you can drive innovation, apply state-of-the-art technologies to solve real world delivery challenges, and provide benefits to customers, Prime Air is the place for you. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. The Executive Assistant also has the opportunity to take on additional tasks for improvement projects to understand and improve the business cadence, mechanisms/processes, and team morale, feedback, and communication. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. The successful candidate must be able to communicate well with a positive team environment and take swift, effective action while proactively solving complex problems with little to no guidance. The position requires the ability to work successfully within a fast-paced team environment, build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization and become the “go-to” person for support activities. Ability to handle confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with Leadership Team Members. We have a great location south of downtown Seattle — a fantastic facility, gym, dedicated parking garage with no fees, coffee shop, and cafe.
