IMDb seeks a self-driven, highly organized, customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the LA-based General Manager of IMDbPro and the Seattle-based Director of IMDb Worldwide Communications (WWC). IMDb is the world's most popular and authoritative source for information on movies, TV shows, and celebrities. Hundreds of millions of customers worldwide rely on IMDb to discover what to watch, advance their entertainment careers through IMDbPro, and grow their businesses using IMDb data and insights. IMDb operates at the intersection of entertainment, media, and technology within Amazon.com. Working directly with two senior leaders, you will drive critical initiatives across the IMDbPro subscription and licensing businesses as well as the company's global brand, communications, and talent relations strategies. As the cultural anchor for the Santa Monica office, you will manage team events and maintain office engagement. Success in this position requires strong planning and communication skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates a bias for action and operates proactively and strategically, anticipating needs based on a thorough understanding of leadership and team priorities.
