About The Position

In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to the senior leadership team, acting as a trusted partner and connector. Your expertise in prioritizing strategic initiatives and optimizing communication will drive the success of our organization. You will manage complex schedules, facilitate collaborations, and ensure seamless communication among executives, teams, and external stakeholders. Your contributions will be critical in a fast-paced, evolving environment, enabling the leadership to focus on key priorities.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and manage sensitive relationships.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking, able to solve problems before they arise.
  • Experience preparing materials for board meetings or investors.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in evolving business contexts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and shifting calendars across multiple time zones, balancing priorities and scheduling meetings.
  • Anticipate needs and prepare executives with the necessary context, data, and materials for meetings.
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Process expenses, vendor invoices, and budget tracking with accuracy and discretion.
  • Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Act as a thought partner tracking priorities, deliverables, and insights for key initiatives.
  • Prepare and refine presentations and communications that align with company goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
