About The Position

As an Executive Assistant supporting the Leadership Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of executive priorities across the organization. You’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate communications, support leadership meetings, and assist with projects that help move Brook Lane forward. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required (experience supporting senior leadership may be considered in lieu of education)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of general office experience ; prior executive-level support strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and flexibility

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to members of the Leadership Team, including managing dynamic calendars and prioritizing competing demands
  • Serve as a primary point of contact by managing calls, correspondence, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit executive communications, presentations, reports, and other materials
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely submission of expense reports
  • Support leadership committees, councils, and workgroups by preparing agendas, materials, and documenting meeting minutes
  • Assist with project coordination , timelines, scheduling, and follow-up activities
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure leaders have effective access to technology and resources
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational and departmental objectives
