For more information, please visit www.wealthenhancement.com . We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills while supporting executive-level operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid remote position available to candidates able to spend at least 1 day per week (Wednesdays) on site at our headquarters in Plymouth, MN . In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 to $82,000.00 , exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience as an assistant at the Sr. Leadership level
  • Experience booking travel arrangements (flights & hotels) using Concur
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Skilled at using AI tools to enhance efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle incoming emails and correspondence with professionalism
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and take detailed meeting notes
  • Process expense reports and handle basic accounting tasks
  • Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other business communications
  • Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Screen calls and visitors, determining priority and urgency
  • Coordinate meetings, including room booking and A/V setup
  • Arrange catering for meetings and events
  • Assist with planning company events and executive travel arrangements
  • Book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and expense tracking
  • Handle travel changes and emergency rebooking as needed
  • Process travel expenses and receipts
  • Assist with special projects and research as assigned
  • Maintain project timelines and follow up on deliverables
  • Coordinate with various departments on cross-functional initiatives
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
