The Role Medallia is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic support partner to key Executive Leaders of our Client Services and Product organizations. In this role, you will do more than manage logistics; you will streamline workflows and protect our leaders' time, allowing them to focus on innovation and business objectives. We are looking for a professional who navigates complex priorities with poise, demonstrates a fierce attention to detail, and executes with the tenacity required to drive team success in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be based in the Tysons vicinity as this role is Hybrid, 3-4 days per week onsite.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience or commensurate professional experience
  • 1+ years of experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive sense of urgency

Nice To Haves

  • Proven ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrated track record of building effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience supporting field-based teams and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Concur, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Orchestration: Manage and own all scheduling and logistics for our Executives across two high-impact organizations, ensuring their time is aligned with Medallia’s top priorities.
  • Operational Precision: Navigate Concur for expense management and coordinate seamless global travel, ensuring leaders can focus entirely on the business. This will also require a keen attention-to-detail and strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and deadlines.
  • Special Projects: Support departmental initiatives via assisting with research, preparing briefing materials, and tracking action items to ensure project momentum.
  • Systems Management: Support and maintain the trackers and spreadsheets that keep our data clean and our teams informed. Ensure all documents are completed with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
