Harbor Health is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Harbor Leadership Team, including the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and one additional executive. This role serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, managing complex schedules, facilitating communication across the organization, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day operations for these key leaders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and possess the discretion required to handle confidential information while supporting Harbor Health's mission to transform healthcare in Texas. Hybrid (onsite 3x/week in Austin)
