Responsible for performing high level administrative assistance at the executive level. Develops project/program procedures and carries projects through to completion while serving as a liaison to VP and senior management. Performs administrative functions including, but not limited to correspondence, research, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, tracking budgets, financial reconciliations, preparing presentations and maintaining meeting minutes. May handle sensitive information and is expected to maintain confidentiality at all times. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.
