About The Position
Executive Assistant - ATX Loot Rentals is hiring for a full-time Executive Assistant in Austin! This position will focus on supporting in an administrative role and report directly to the CEO/Visionary. The ideal candidate will bring innovation, enthusiasm, and an incredible work ethic to the Loot team. Requirements
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and move between multiple tasks as needed
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Reliability, loyalty, dependability
- High professionalism and respect of confidentiality
- Strong interest in interior and event design
- BA or BS Degree
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work odd hours if necessary
- Familiarity with events industry preferred
Nice To Haves
- CAD design experience is a plus!
