Position Summary The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing high-level administrative, operational, and communication support. This role ensures that executive initiatives are organized, meetings are executed flawlessly, and key priorities are driven through completion. You are not just managing a calendar. You are managing momentum, protecting time, and making sure the right things happen at the right time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational systems and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and calm
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment
  • Confidence working directly with executives and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Preferred experience supporting leadership in multi-location or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Draft polished, executive-level emails, presentations, and internal communications
  • Ensure messaging reflects leadership voice and intent
  • Track follow-ups and deadlines with zero drop-off
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and extension of leadership
  • Own meetings end-to-end, from planning through execution and follow-up
  • Prepare agendas and materials that keep conversations focused and productive
  • Ensure the right people are in the room and aligned ahead of time
  • Track action items and hold stakeholders accountable
  • Support and help drive executive-led initiatives and key projects
  • Monitor timelines, priorities, and cross-functional deliverables
  • Bring structure, clarity, and organization to fast-moving workstreams
  • Act as a connector across teams to keep everything aligned
  • Maintain organized systems, trackers, and documentation
  • Process expenses and administrative items with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Identify and implement more efficient ways of working
  • Plan and execute executive meetings, events, and internal initiatives
  • Manage logistics, communication, and follow-through
  • Deliver a polished, professional, and thoughtful experience
