The Executive Assistant (EA) reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Head of Retirement & Wealth and serves as the primary administrative and operational partner to this executive. While the role is principally dedicated to supporting the Executive Vice President, the Executive Assistant will also provide coordinated support to approximately five senior leaders within the Retirement and Wealth Growth organization. This includes facilitating collaboration across the leadership team, coordinating meetings and strategic planning sessions, and ensuring alignment across priorities. This position requires exceptional judgement, discretion, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex and competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of anticipating needs to enable effective strategic execution at the highest levels of the organization.
