The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Executive Director (ED), Chapter staff, and key organizational functions. This role blends traditional executive support with nonprofit-specific responsibilities, financial/ administrative coordination, communications support, and stakeholder liaison duties. The EA ensures smooth daily operations and strengthens organizational efficiency, accuracy, and communication. This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling needs, including occasional evenings and weekends. This position is based in Lansing, MI but will have some remote work possibilities.
