Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • 1.5+ years proven experience as a personal/executive assistant.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational abilities and discretion.
  • Ability to work across a variety of different tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to carry out ad hoc admin tasks independently and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Canva tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, prioritize communications, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders, drafting and proofreading correspondence.
  • Organize files, conduct research, and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Assist in project planning and execution, coordinating logistics and tracking timelines.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients, providing proactive support.
  • Assist with general admin tasks for the business.
