About The Position

About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Role: Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Financial Services, Corporates & Ecosystem Coverage The Team: The Chief Client Office (CCO) proactively engages customers, industry groups, and key stakeholders to create measurable value for S&P Global and a better customer experience. Within the CCO organization, the Client Coverage team accelerates growth through strategic engagement and partnership with key accounts. The team drives cross-functional collaboration and alignment to deliver holistic solutions, drive long-term revenue growth, and maximize customer success. What’s in it for you: You will: Act as a liaison between the team and the areas which the team supports across the enterprise to execute all required administrative and operational needs to maximize business workflows. Maintain best practices and industry standards to provide a leaner, consistent and reliable operational structure. Maintain a central point of record for all related executive information (travel, schedule, preferences, expenses, etc.). Be working in a multicultural environment and for a “people forward” organization. Impact and Responsibilities: We are looking for a self-driven individual with great problem-solving, organizational and administrative support skills for our Executive Assistant role. Responsible for working within CCO Client Coverage function, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to senior leaders in the function. You will manage schedules, travel arrangements, expenses and provide support for any office-related administration or coordination activities. In addition, you are likely to be involved in projects, division events and programs. The Executive Assistant will coordinate resources, improve workflow processes, and maintain collaborative team environments to accomplish all goals. You must also be experienced in being exceedingly well organized and flexible and enjoy a very fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in an executive support role in corporate environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office is essential, as is confidence in using systems such as Concur, FCM, DocuSign and Zoom.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at reprioritization.
  • Strong experience in scheduling and managing complex, dynamic executive schedules.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills and capacity to coordinate with various teams and individuals.
  • Ability and appetite to manage multiple tasks, events, and projects in a fast-paced environment, across multiple time zones.
  • A strategic thinker who takes initiative and can organize activities and processes effectively.
  • A high degree of maturity, honesty, trust, and integrity, fostering these qualities in others.
  • Ability to interact with management and executives, handling confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex calendars and schedules to ensure proactive and effective time management and prioritization of engagements.
  • Book complex international travel within policy, arrange visas and coordinate itineraries.
  • Plan and schedule meetings, town halls, offsites, webinars and providing supporting logistics including booking external venues, catering, meeting materials, webinar support etc.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders and departments to establish clear expectations and to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Communicate status updates on a regular frequency as required.
  • Manage timely expense processing and ensure all system approvals are completed.
  • Manage signatory processes for executable contracts.
  • Manage specific project tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate and relevant workflow procedures.
  • Working closely with other EAs, providing cover and other administrative duties as required.
  • Support Global Head of Financial Services, Corporates & Ecosystem Coverage, and the EVP, Chief Client Officer whilst they are in North America
