About The Position

We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This is not a basic administrative role. This position requires discretion, strong communication skills, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping executive initiatives organized and moving forward. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, communication, and operational support to senior leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring executive initiatives stay organized, meetings are executed flawlessly, communications are clear and professional, and key projects are tracked through completion. This is not a basic scheduling role. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized executive partner who can manage sensitive information, communicate with confidence, and keep fast-moving priorities on track.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and calm
  • Strong discretion and sound judgment
  • Confidence interacting with executives and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Draft executive-level emails, presentations, and internal communications
  • Compose and proofread professional correspondence
  • Track follow-up items and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain polished, consistent communication aligned with leadership expectations
  • Coordinate and execute small-to-large scale meetings, both onsite and virtually
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation
  • Manage logistics including scheduling, communication, and materials
  • Track action items and ensure accountability
  • Support executive-led initiatives and special projects
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and priorities
  • Assist in building structure and documentation to support scalable growth
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and leadership
  • Maintain organized digital records, trackers, and documentation
  • Process expense reports and administrative requests accurately
  • Uphold confidentiality in all communications
  • Improve workflows using technology and best practices
  • Coordinate executive events, meetings, and internal initiatives
  • Manage logistics including venues, guest lists, communication, and follow-through
  • Deliver a polished, hospitality-driven experience
