Title and Summary Executive Assistant Overview • This position reports into the Senior Vice President of NAM Customer Success. • The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support to three to four Senior Vice Presidents and their teams • The role includes performing general administrative duties such as scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, purchase order management and calendar management in support of the SVPs

Requirements

  • Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and customers required
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS office products, excel, powerpoint, word, outlook a must
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to function well in a busy and varied environment and work well under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Mastercard, payments and Mastercard systems e.g., Ariba, Oracle, Salesforce is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, arrange conferences and ensure all meeting support is appropriately coordinated
  • Make travel arrangements as needed, prepare packets for travel and prepare expense reports following the trip. Prepare briefing packets
  • Administer programs, projects or processes specific to Sales and maintain spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information
  • Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company as needed and liaise with the Senior Executive Business Admin as needed
  • Assist with new hire on-boarding process in conjunction with HR
  • Manage other day-to-day tasks as needed to support the team – answer phones, coordinate with facilities, mail room, help desk, etc. as necessary
