About The Position

Executive Assistant, G&A Team Supporting the General & Administrative leadership team, this role sits at the heart of how the organization runs. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the connective tissue between senior leaders and the broader business — keeping things moving, organized, and running smoothly. If you thrive on solving problems before they happen and love bringing order to complexity, this is a rare opportunity to do it alongside some of the sharpest minds in tech. This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at our SF office. About the Team The G&A team keeps the business operating at its best. Spanning Finance, Accounting, People, Procurement, and PMO, this group works behind the scenes to build the foundations that let everyone else do their best work. You'll join a team that values precision, collaboration, and getting things done — and one that genuinely relies on great executive support to function at its highest level.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth tech or similarly dynamic environment
  • Exceptionally sharp, with strong instincts and sound judgment — you think several steps ahead and rarely need the same guidance twice
  • A polished communicator, both in writing and in conversation, with the presence and professionalism to represent senior leadership with confidence — including the CFO
  • Degree-educated, with a genuine curiosity about business and how organizations operate
  • Energized by the pace and ambiguity of a tech environment — you see growth opportunities where others see obstacles
  • Early in your career and hungry to build — you want real exposure to senior leadership and the chance to grow into a strategic partner over time
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information — you understand what it means to be in the room where decisions are made
  • Proactive by nature — you identify what needs doing and act on it without being asked
  • Adaptable and resilient — you adjust quickly when priorities shift and stay composed under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated executive support to the CFO, VP of Finance, and VP, Corporate Controller, managing the full complexity that comes with supporting a senior finance leadership team
  • Partner with the Director of PMO to support high-visibility, cross-functional projects that touch every corner of the business
  • Own complex calendars across your leadership team — scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, anticipating priorities, and ensuring your leaders are always where they need to be
  • Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of leadership, and serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and execute team meetings, offsites, and events — handling everything from logistics and agendas to note-taking and follow-through
  • Track action items, drive accountability, and identify opportunities to improve how the team operates
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and sound judgment at all times
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting
