About The Position
Marvel Studios is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the desk of the Executive in the Television/Streaming & Animation division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office and requires an individual who is adaptable and possesses exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a mastery of multitasking and a passion for the entertainment industry. In this position, the Executive Assistant will manage and maintain the executive's calendar, which includes scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. The role also involves screening and prioritizing incoming communications such as emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring that the executive is informed and prepared for all engagements. The assistant will prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. The Executive Assistant will liaise with executives, talent, and other assistants both internally and externally, organizing and managing documents related to various projects for easy access and retrieval. This role requires coordination with internal departments and external partners to facilitate project workflows, as well as preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items for meetings. Additionally, the assistant will coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering, and A/V setup, and will work with facilities management for office space and maintenance needs. The role may also involve assisting in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and off-site meetings as needed.
