As an Executive Assistant (EA), you will be a creative problem solver for the Senior Partner and/or Partner you support. This role involves collaborating with your Partners to optimize their time, building trust-based relationships within their network, and delivering high-quality end products. You will manage complex calendars, plan and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain communication with clients and internal colleagues. Your responsibilities will also include organizing files, preparing timesheets, and handling various administrative tasks.
