Requirements
- Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of related experience.
- Ability to manage complex calendars, balance competing priorities, and maintain discretion with confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – with diplomacy in high-profile settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Nice To Haves
- At least five years of administrative support experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic liaison between the VP, senior leadership, URD teams, and external stakeholders.
- Manage the success and coordinate high-level meetings, travel, and events for the VP and AVPs.
- Coordinate donor and prospect engagement, including outreach, scheduling, and presentation materials.
- Co-manage donor relations for the Long Beach State Foundation Board, leading high-impact projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure smooth administrative operations in partnership with the Division Administrative Coordinator, including office coverage, reception, and guest relations.
