About The Position

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive Vice President of Business Operations & Chief People Officer will provide daily administrative support for two Executives: overseeing all of HR, IT, Security, Business Transformation, Facilities and Real Estate teams. The EA will be responsible for a broad range of activities including extensive calendar management, booking travel, approvals, processing expense reports, organizing meeting notes and other duties as assigned. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to manage and proactively build relationships across the Invenergy senior leadership team. This role requires the successful candidate to work full-time from our Chicago office.
