Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support, handling complex and confidential projects with discretion and efficiency.
  • Manage a dynamic calendar, prioritize meetings, and ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish priorities, optimize time management, and enable the executives to focus on high-value initiatives.
  • Navigate an ever-changing environment with agility, identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and key business partners, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment across teams.
  • Jump into special projects, tackle challenges head-on, and proactively seek ways to improve operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in executive support roles (Executive Assistant, Corporate Administrator, or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint & Word) and a strong ability to navigate digital tools.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and always stay one step ahead.
  • Excellent at managing multiple priorities with precision and adaptability.
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines while collaborating with colleagues.
  • Interact with executives, clients, and stakeholders with poise, diplomacy, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Excited about making a difference and contributing to a more sustainable future.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to support the team's success.
