About The Position

The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a vital role in enhancing collaboration and communication within the organization. This position requires a proactive and growth-oriented mindset to support the CEO in driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational excellence. The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's schedule, facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, and contribute to strategic processes that uphold the company's commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and readiness to adopt new tools.

Responsibilities

  • Model behaviors consistent with the CEO's leadership style.
  • Establish and document administrative systems prioritizing Continuous Improvement.
  • Assist in developing the annual executive department budget and track expenses.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership team.
  • Maintain and prioritize the CEO's daily schedule and workload.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as drafting correspondence and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage expense reconciliation and reporting processes accurately.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement by identifying process enhancement opportunities.
  • Ensure clear communication across all organizational levels.
