  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Founding Partners and internal/external clients, embodying professionalism and discretion.
  • Take charge of client intake processes and signups, ensuring a smooth experience for new clients.
  • Answer client calls and emails, displaying exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Go through incoming mail daily and distribute it to the designated team member.
  • Handle complex scheduling, strategic planning, and critical thinking to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage multiple priorities, coordinating travel arrangements and overseeing project timelines and client communications.
  • Navigate challenges and offer innovative solutions that contribute to client satisfaction and enhance client relationships.
  • Present oneself in a manner that reflects the professionalism and prestige of the firm.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Direct involvement in client intake and communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory depending on experience.
