About The Position

About the Role: As Executive Assistant to the General Manager (GM) of Dow Jones Energy, you will use a high degree of judgement and discretion to ensure that all administrative and logistical needs for the GM and her team are met. You will focus on efficient calendar management that will match their priorities and maximize executives’ time and productivity. You will also balance multiple time-sensitive projects with deadline pressures. You will demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. You will report directly to the GM of Dow Jones’ Energy. Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in which you have supported a C-Suite executive and their senior leadership team members
