The Executive Assistant will support day-to-day administration for the CMO, working closely with various departments to connect the CMO with the correct teams and support in bringing the group together for events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years executive-level administrative experience in media, tech, or an adjacent industry.
  • Proficiency with the latest cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task across multiple high-profile priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high EQ, and trustworthy.
  • Proactive self-starter and resourceful problem solver.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 previous years of experience supporting a Senior-Level Executive.
  • Prior music industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex and constantly evolving schedules for the CMO, including meetings, events, and travel.
  • Arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Screening and managing calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Acting as a liaison between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Preparing agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings.
  • Taking meeting minutes and tracking action items.
  • Managing expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks.
  • Staying up-to-date on music industry trends, events, and news.
