The role of Executive Assistant is crucial for supporting the Co-Founder & CEO in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, ensuring the CEO remains organized and focused on high-priority tasks. This position requires in-person attendance at the San Francisco office.

  • Manage complex and rapidly evolving calendars, prioritizing with sound judgment.
  • Anticipate needs, ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings, and act as a gatekeeper to optimize time and focus.
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, board sessions, investor updates, and other internal events.
  • Draft agendas, take notes, synthesize key discussions, and track follow-ups to ensure decisions turn into action.
  • Own travel planning, itineraries, and expense management.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and teams across the company on strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Act as an extension of the CEO in driving clarity, follow-through, and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives in a high-growth tech startup environment, ideally with at least 2+ years directly supporting a Founder/CEO.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize and simplify information.
  • High EQ and judgment; able to balance urgency with diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Drive, Meet) and other productivity tools like Notion.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
