We are excited to announce that we are actively searching for a dedicated and efficient Executive Assistant. This role will be critical in supporting multiple principals who are leading our Constitutional Limited Government Priority Initiative within the Strategic Initiatives Team. As an integral part of the Stand Together philanthropic community, our Strategic Initiatives team identifies and cultivates partnerships to drive social change. This role provides a unique opportunity to support leaders who are driving the organization’s strategic initiatives forward.

  • Calendar management. Build and maintain a deep understanding of priorities to effectively allocate the principal's time. Prioritize a high volume of inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts for your team.
  • Meeting preparation and participation. Assemble meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and notes, and oversee A/V needs and action items.
  • General administrative support. Process invoice payments, reconcile receipts and expense reports on behalf of the leaders, and book and coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and innovate to improve administrative processes. Collaborate with internal and external Executive Assistants to understand prioritization and make trade-offs.
  • Take ownership and contribute to team and organizational projects, as well as operational improvements, as needed.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a support or administrative capacity.
  • Professional manner and strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiative.
  • Have a collaborative approach to work; give and receive feedback respectfully.
  • Ability to think strategically about the principal's time as an allocation of resources.
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, sense of judgment, and ability to improvise and creatively problem-solve while maintaining composure.
  • Ability to provide articulate and concise oral and written communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (including expertise with Outlook’s calendar function), and PowerPoint.
  • A clear understanding of and excitement for Stand Together's vision.
  • Proficiency with expense reporting software, such as Concur.
