About The Position

Mayvin is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant Senior to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our senior leadership team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting executives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. Senior level Executive Administrative Assistants may be requested to provide support not only to the customer, but serve as a resource to more junior team members, providing education and direction when required. This contract is pending award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required

Requirements

  • Advanced degree desired
  • Minimum 10 years or less experience supporting senior executives in the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Proven ability to manage executive schedules, workflows, and high-level correspondence
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for senior leadership correspondence
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Candidates must maintain a Professional Demeanor and are expected to dress professionally in support of the client
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference calls
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, and statistical summaries
  • Conduct research and compile data for management reports and decision-making purposes
  • Receive and assist visitors, responding to inquiries and ensuring a professional experience
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information in accordance with company policies
  • Support and collaborate with other administrative and clerical staff, including training and supervision as needed
  • Assist in special projects, events, and operational initiatives to support executive leadership
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
